Christie is an innovative, results-oriented community advocate with a strong track record of performance in complex systems and purposeful philanthropy. At her core, she is a community builder and has found all roads lead to people and to laying a foundation shaped by strategy. Christie has raised with her teams, clients, and community groups over $100 million dollars in support for crucial causes across North Texas and beyond. She uses a collaborative approach to change that drives organizational improvements and the implementation of best practices. She is driven to work with compassion, integrity, accountability, and energy in all obligations.

Kayla oversees a wide range of creative projects utilizing her digital design skills and storytelling abilities. Kayla strives to be involved in the local community with a servant’s heart. Kayla is sought out for her strong verbal and written communication skills that allow her to be engaged and grow relationships throughout the community for CME and their clients.

Susan Watt, a seasoned professional, boasts a wealth of experience across marketing, product development, event management, branding, public relations, advertising, strategic planning, business operations, development consulting, social media, and media relations. Renowned for her exceptional network, Susan adeptly harnesses project-specific expertise, curating elite teams for maximum creativity and efficiency in every endeavor. Currently, Susan and her consulting firm, Watt Partners, are pivotal advisors to CME Consulting LLC, contributing strategic insights to scale and enhance CME's business model.

Scott enjoys supporting the few that serve the many and has learned over the years that working alongside those with similar passions made the service even more fun and impactful for all involved. Working with the CME team helps make us that much more effective in helping others meet their goals, remove friction, and get more done than they thought possible. Scott’s natural ability to troubleshoot problems has been pivotal in his success in helping others throughout his varied careers in the food service, military and government, entrepreneurial, technology, church and nonprofit spaces.
